It is the 32nd Annual Ecumenical Service
At Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church located @ 6100 Memorial Highway.
Churches included this year are First Reformed Presbyterian, Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, Wesley Memorial United Methodist and Seminole Heights United Methodist Church.

  Holiday Services:
Christmas Day(12/25) the service is at 10:30am.
New Years Day(1/1) the service is at 10:30am.

  School supplies:

We are collecting back packs and school supplies for children. Last year we supplied 121 children with school supplies K 4-12 about 1/3 got back packs provided by Metropolitan ministries and a few donated back packs the remaining just got school supplies.

This year the Glazer Foundation is donating 50 back packs with school supplies but we still short of our goal to provide back packs and school supplies to 130 children.

Incarnation Altar Servers are already on board and have started collecting. Please spread the word so we can give our children a good start in school 2011-12.

Food shortages:

62 percent of our food comes from Feeding America for 18 cents a pound handling fee. Feeding America has major shortages so we are now buying food retail. We have prepared for this situation but we do not know how long it will last. This year alone our church partners have provided 7,450 lbs of food so it is hard for me to ask for more but we need your donations now more than ever.

 Please don't forget our homeless. This is the COLD season of the year in Florida. The cold is difficult to those without shelter. HURRICANE season has started and evaculation will be difficult for the homeless. Donate what you can to help them.
